UNITY Association Hub

Association Hub

Every Association you manage, in one place.

Association Hub gives your team one view of every community it serves on UNITY by DocuQuest. Each Association keeps its own documents, its own members and its own history.

The UNITY Association Hub dashboard for Granger + Corbin Properties, showing 8 associations as photo cards with HOA, COA and POA badges, a summary bar with 3 unread board messages, two cards pinned to the top, and one card being dragged to a new position.
One dashboard for every Association you manage, with recent activity, unread board messages and your own card order at a glance.

One dashboard

See every Association as a card: name, community type, your role and the latest activity. Search by name, type or ZIP code, sort the list, and open any Association in one click.

The summary bar across the top counts the Associations you serve, the ones with activity this week, and the Board messages you have not read yet.

Built for the way managers work

Card photos

Two Association Hub cards. The first shows the card photo menu open with Change photo and Remove photo. The second has no photo and shows the Association's initials on a navy and teal background.
Managers can add a photo to each Association card so every community is easy to spot, and cards without a photo show the Association's initials.

Photos are up to 5 MB, and HEIC files from an iPhone are converted automatically.

Pin and drag to reorder

The Pinned row of the Association Hub with a highlighted star pin on one card and a second card lifted mid-drag above its placeholder.
Star an Association to pin it to the top, and drag cards by their photo to put them in the order that works for you. Your order is saved to your account.

Pinning and card order are saved per user, so your view stays the way you left it and does not change what anyone else sees.

Activity and unread at a glance

Two Association Hub cards side by side. One shows a coral activity dot with the tooltip Active in the last 7 days. The other shows a blue 2 unread chip. A legend explains coral as active this week, amber as active this month, and the chip as unread board messages.
The activity dot shows where something happened recently, such as a new message, note, document upload or Quest, and the unread chip shows board messages still waiting for you.

The dot is coral and pulsing when something happened in the last 7 days, amber within 30 days, and gray otherwise. It is an activity indicator, not an unread count. The blue "N unread" chip on the card and the Unread tile in the summary bar count unread Board messages.

Separate by design

Role-based access keeps each community separate. Your staff sees the Associations they serve. Board members see only their own community.

Faster answers for your managers

When a Board member calls with a governance question, your manager can find the answer in that Association's own documents, cited to the page, instead of searching a shared drive.

The Association owns it

Each Association subscribes to UNITY directly and owns its record. Your team's seat is free, and the Association's administrator grants it. UNITY sits alongside your management software. It does not replace your accounting, work orders or portal.

Mobile

Your managers can open any Association from the UNITY app on iPhone or Android.

Pricing

Association plans start at $99 per month per Association, with unlimited users. For five or more Associations, Enterprise pricing is custom. Talk to us about Association Hub.
