What is UNITY by DocuQuest?
UNITY by DocuQuest gives HOA, Condo and POA Boards answers from their own governing documents, cited to the page. The record stays with the Association through every Board change.
What does UNITY cost?
UNITY by DocuQuest starts at $99 per month per Association, with unlimited users. Professional is $149 per month. For five or more Associations, Enterprise pricing is custom. Annual billing saves 15%.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a free 30-day trial. No credit card required.
How does UNITY answer a question about our documents?
Ask in plain English, for example "What does our Declaration say about assessments?" UNITY finds the answer in your Association's own governing documents, such as the Declaration, Bylaws and Amendments, and shows the page it came from. It also reads them alongside your state's statutes.
Is UNITY a substitute for our Association attorney?
No. UNITY does not give legal advice. It helps the Board find the cited source and know when a question needs counsel. Your attorney interprets.
Does UNITY replace our management software?
No. UNITY works alongside your management platform. Keep your accounting system, work orders and owner portal.
What is Document Review?
Document Review reviews a document, such as the monthly financial package or a vendor contract or bid, and points out the items worth a closer look, each cited to the page. It is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans, not Starter.
Can we ask questions about our reserve study?
Yes. Upload the reserve study and ask about it. Answers cite the page.
How does a new Board member get up to speed?
Documents, Notes and Messages stay with the Association, so a new Board member can read what the Board decided and why instead of starting over.
Who can see our documents?
Each Association's data is kept separate, and access is role-based. Every document, note and message carries one of three privacy levels: public, private or confidential. Confidential content is never indexed for AI answers. UNITY data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
